DiNozzo is starting to notice McGee spending money.DiNozzo smacks McGee on the head. This is one of those 'oh its so obvious" episodes when you are watching it the second time around. Abby is dressed as Marilyn Monroe for Halloween. I think it would have been funnier if they had dressed her as Marilyn Manson. Gibbs smacked DiNozzo and McGee on the head simultaneously when they got distracted by Abby dressed as Marilyn. In this episode McGee and Gibbs stood and watched while one woman kicked the crap out of another woman, until Gibbs finally stopped her. They played Halloween music during the end titles this episode.
