We are finally explicitly told about Gibbs's first wife and daughter. We meet Franks for the first time. Franks calls Gibbs Probie and Gibbs calls Franks Boss. We see Franks smack Gibbs on the back of the head in a flashback. David takes Gibbs's hand and smacks herself in the  back of the head with it. Gibbs remembers smacking her in a flashback. Gibbs smacks DiNozzo on the head. Gibbs quits at the end of the episode.
