The show opens with DiNozzo and David reading McGee's book. We see Shepard and DiNozzo in an operation to plant bugs on associates of Le Grenouille. DiNozzo meets Kort for the first time. Gibbs smacks DiNozzo on the head. Palmer and Lee get it on in an ambulance. DiNozzo goes over to Jean Benoit's apartment. Lots of subplots and plot threads in this episode.
