They changed the credits for this episode, and gave de Pablo third billing behind only Harmon and Weatherly. This is only her second appearance. Holly is still only getting guest star billing, and this is her fourth appearance. Hell, Dietzen is still only getting guest star billing! Shepard tells Gibbs rule #18...it is better to ask forgiveness than seek permission. gibbs hits DiNozzo in the back of the head with a paper ball.....not counted as a smack. Gibbs has an elevator conference with Ziva. Gibbs smacks her in the head at the end of it. Ducky meets up with an old "friend" he doesn't remember. We see Gibbs walk through the squad room talking to the redhaired woman. Gibbs smacks DiNozzo on the head. Abby and Ziva have a dominance fight going on.
