Gibbs pets DiNozzo on the back of the head. Gibbs smacks DiNozzo on the head. There are times, especially on the second time through the series, when I have to shake my head in bemusement. Take this episode, at the end, Gibbs arranges a gang killing of a suspect he cannot arrest and convict. And no one is in the least bit upset or surprised.
