The conclusion of a plot line that has been foreshadowed in several episodes.We are introduced to Ducky's mother who lives with him. Gibbs tells todd to stay on Ducky like an ex-wife after an alimony check. Todd asks Gibbs what did Ducky look like when he was young, and Gibbs says "Like Illya Kuryakin" (A character McCallum played on The Man from U.N.C.L.E., a popular series in the 1960's.)
