Gibbs tells Todd rule #12 is "Never date a co-worker." Fornell shows up with coffee and rolls as a peace offering about half way through. Later, Todd says "We've worked with him (Fornell) before." Dinozzo adds "We just don't particularly like him." One of Fornell's agents replies "So you do know him." Gibbs and Fornell have their first elevator chat.
