DiNozzo is starting to notice McGee spending money.DiNozzo smacks McGee on the head. This is one of those 'oh its so obvious" episodes when you are watching it the second time around. Abby is dressed as Marilyn Monroe for Halloween. I think it would have been funnier if they had dressed her as Marilyn Manson. Gibbs smacked DiNozzo and McGee on the head simultaneously when they got distracted by Abby dressed as Marilyn. In this episode McGee and Gibbs stood and watched while one woman kicked the crap out of another woman, until Gibbs finally stopped her. They played Halloween music during the end titles this episode.

Gibbs is still calling Ducky "Doctor" and Ducky is still mad at Gibbs. La Grenouille is mentioned while Gibbs and Shepard are talking in MTAC. We see ducky interrogating a suspect for the first time.It happened again! Gibbs stole evidence and gave it to the victims of the murdered conman.

This is another one of those "Am I the only one noticing this.......?" episodes of NCIS. In the climatic scene, Gibbs watches (some might even say allows) while Franks murders a suspect. Then LETS HIM WALK AWAY! Sometimes it really seems like NCIS breaks more laws than the suspects do....

We see more references to Shannon and Kelly. The scene between Spano and Harmon in Fornell's daughter's room is a perfect example of everything I love about this series.
